Job Description
This role involves leading full-cycle technical recruiting for Nuro's robotics and AI teams, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent to support the company's autonomous vehicle technology and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume operations roles from kickoff to offer.
- Conduct fact-finding to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and interview criteria.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent at scale.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate data, and report on progress and hiring trends.
- Partner with Recruiting, Operations, and HR teams to plan and execute hiring initiatives and improve processes.
- Coach internal candidates through prep calls, resume development, and professional branding guidance.
- Support programmatic hiring efforts, including events, pipelines, and onboarding programs.
- Champion Nuro’s hiring standards, balancing speed with quality to ensure cultural fit.
Requirements
- Experienced recruiter with 5 years of high-volume or operations recruiting in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communicator who can quickly establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities with clarity and calm.
- Data-driven and process-minded, using metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Curious and adaptable, eager to learn the nuances of technical and operational functions in a cutting-edge robotics company.
- Trusted partner with integrity, discretion, and a commitment to delivering results the right way.

- Ability to conduct deep fact-finding at the start of each search to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing strategy, and interview assessment criteria.
- Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent at scale across multiple markets.
- Ability to vigilantly track recruiting activity in Greenhouse, maintaining accurate data and proactively reporting on progress, challenges, and hiring trends.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Operations, and HR teams to plan and execute hiring initiatives, implement tools, and improve process efficiency.
- Ability to coach internal candidates by conducting prep calls, guiding resume development, and reinforcing the importance of professional branding.
- Ability to support programmatic hiring efforts, including events, pipelines, and onboarding programs to ensure consistent and scalable hiring practices.
