Job Description
The Senior Partner Success Manager at Nuro is responsible for managing and growing commercial partnerships by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring partner satisfaction, and driving program execution from integration to scaled operations in the autonomous vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of commercial partnerships and nurture long-term relationships with partners
- Coordinate end-to-end partner programs from integration and testing to deployment and scaling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, representing Nuro externally and translating partner needs into internal actions
- Interface with internal teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and fulfillment of partnership commitments
- Conduct business reviews to track progress, address risks, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business development, strategy, and product teams to identify and develop new commercial opportunities
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in partner success, strategic account management, program management, or product management for complex, long-term B2B partnerships.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address partner needs to deliver a best-in-class partnership experience.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and clearly articulate hardware and software concepts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills experienced in representing technology companies and concepts to C-level executives, technical teams, and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Collaborative and consultative approach, building deep relationships and translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Highly organized with proven program management skills able to define success, track progress and risks, escalate issues, and resolve roadblocks.
- Operationally committed to continuous improvement of people, processes, and systems that drive successful partnership delivery.
- Data-driven mindset, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions and identify data gaps and solutions.
- Self-directed and accountable, proactively prioritizing work and independently driving projects to completion.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range between $167,200 and $250,800, plus annual performance bonus and equity
