Develop and integrate infrastructure and data pipelines to evaluate and improve the performance of autonomous driving systems, supporting testing, benchmarking, and system analysis for self-driving technology at Nuro.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate infrastructure for hybrid cloud performance benchmarking of autonomous systems
Build data pipelines and tooling to characterize and analyze the performance of the Nuro Driver
Collaborate with hardware, software, and data teams to bring new system designs into operational services
Improve end-to-end testing workflows and reduce testing times for autonomy features
Create tools for system introspection and performance monitoring to identify contention and latency issues
Requirements
Experience with 3 years of working in the software industry or related experience.
Experience with common infrastructure and data engineering concepts, Linux systems, and writing software for debugging prototype hardware.
Ability and willingness to deep dive into implementation, driving technical standards and best practices across broader software organization.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience working with stakeholders across HW Engineering, NPI, Infrastructure, Perception, Behavior, Performance, and Data Science teams to build and improve systems related to autonomy performance benchmarking, testing workflows, and data pipelines.

Compensation/salary range between $152,000 and $228,000 depending on experience and qualifications
