Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead Nuro's financial strategy, capital raising, and strategic transactions, working closely with executive leadership to drive growth, financial discipline, and long-term enterprise value in a high-growth autonomous technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital strategy, including fundraising, strategic investments, and mergers and acquisitions
- Build and manage investor relationships to access capital and long-term partnerships
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for disciplined growth
- Oversee corporate finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management functions
- Partner with the executive team to evaluate and execute strategic deals and transactions
- Shape and communicate the company's financial narrative and KPIs to stakeholders
- Develop and scale a high-performing finance organization aligned with business strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record of raising capital and executing strategic transactions across public and private markets
- Deep experience cultivating investor relationships and engaging with boards and financial institutions
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex finance organizations as a CFO
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred
