Job Description
A UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer responsible for creating and implementing user interfaces and experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, at the intersection of design and technology within a dynamic energy solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces that enhance customer experience
- Create and implement front-end code for web applications
- Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer and Front-End Developer with a strong ability to thrive at the intersection of design and technology.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through design and development.
- Experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web applications or digital platforms.
- Proficiency in front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly digital interfaces.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and experience with enterprise-level web applications is preferred.
