Job Description
The Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations, is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud systems, primarily using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, while overseeing a team of technical professionals to ensure IT operations align with organizational goals and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure and operations, focusing on Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and implement robust processes and procedures for managing cloud ecosystems.
- Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for delivering IT changes, project support, and operational requests.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure aligns with organizational strategy and business needs.
- Proactively address opportunities and challenges related to cloud infrastructure as the business expands.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365
- Experience in developing robust processes and procedures for managing cloud ecosystems
- Strong organizational capabilities to proactively address opportunities and challenges as the business expands
- Experience overseeing a team of technical professionals responsible for delivering IT changes across projects, intake processes, and operational requests
- Ability to ensure alignment of IT operations with organizational strategy and business needs
