Job Description

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, generate qualified leads, and support revenue goals across North America, working closely with sales and marketing teams to build scalable lead acquisition and nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the demand generation strategy and campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth across Canada and the U.S.
  • Architect, launch, and optimize integrated marketing programs to increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert intent into revenue.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to implement scalable lead acquisition, nurturing, automation, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and leading demand generation strategies, owning the strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Ability to architect, launch, and optimize integrated marketing programs that fuel awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert intent into measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to implement scalable lead acquisition, nurture, automation, and reporting frameworks that enable predictable pipeline creation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that result in pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Hands-on experience in building demand generation programs from the ground up, including campaign design, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels and tactics relevant to demand generation.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
  • Experience in managing or implementing marketing automation and CRM systems to support lead nurturing and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads that contribute to revenue targets.
  • Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate campaign strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and build programs from the ground up with minimal supervision.
