Project Manager, Commercial (Entry Level - Engineering Projects)

• Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate their unique submetering needs • Review electrical and mechanical drawings to develop an understanding of the utility distribution and mechanical systems serving our clients properties • Transform your understanding of the distribution/systems into a technical submetering and/or reporting solution that addresses the client’s specific needs • Select & size the appropriate submetering hardware solutions based on the technical requirements you developed • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your solutions are aligned with, and can be supported by other business units • Effectively communicate your solutions to internal and external stakeholders to drive projects out of the design phase and into the execution phase • Implement your solutions through effective project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders • Effectively manage your time and deliver results on multiple projects at the same time • Any other tasks to support various business needs

• 0-3 Years of experience managing engineering projects • Engineering Degree from a 4-5 year program at a recognized University • Possess excellent planning, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found within a high-rise building is considered an asset • Experience with the submetering industry is considered an asset • Experience with energy management and/or energy consulting is considered an asset
