The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration for Metergy's Canadian and US operations, supporting the company's rapid growth and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US operations
Administer employee benefits programs
Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations
Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
Coordinate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters
Requirements
The candidate must have experience in full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration for both Canadian and US operations.
The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
The candidate must have proven ability to handle multiple priorities with great organizational skills.
The role requires the individual to be able to work in the office at least 1 day per week at the Markham location Warden 407.
