Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration for Metergy's Canadian and US operations, supporting the company's rapid growth and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US operations
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration for both Canadian and US operations.
- The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- The candidate must have proven ability to handle multiple priorities with great organizational skills.
- The role requires the individual to be able to work in the office at least 1 day per week at the Markham location Warden 407.
