Job Description
The Legal Operations Analyst supports the Legal Department by optimizing systems, data, and workflows through process improvement, analytics, and reporting, enabling the legal team to operate more efficiently and make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the optimization of the Legal Department's systems, data, and workflows
- Improve legal processes and leverage analytics to streamline workflows
- Assist in strategic decision-making through reporting and insights
- Work closely with the Legal team and cross-functional units such as Sales and Operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to build a scalable legal function
Requirements
- Strong business operations skills, including experience with data analytics, process and workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven approach to work.
- Ability to support the optimization of legal department systems, data, and workflows.
- Experience in improving processes, leveraging analytics to streamline workflows, and supporting strategic decision-making through reporting and insights.
- Deep understanding of business operations, data analytics, process and workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement and simplification.
- Ability to work closely with the Legal team and cross-functional business units including Sales and Operations.
- Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, this role requires a hands-on approach with high impact.
- This position is open to candidates with a proven track record in business operations, data analytics, and process improvement within a professional or legal environment.
