Job Description
A Junior Project Manager in Field Services at Metergy Solutions oversees the coordination and execution of submetering projects, supporting the installation, maintenance, and remote reading of utility meters in multi-residential and commercial buildings to ensure efficient energy management and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of submetering systems in multi-residential and commercial buildings.
- Manage remote reading of utility meters and ensure accurate data collection.
- Assist in billing processes for utility consumption and administrative charges.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of field services activities.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and project documentation accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software to plan, track, and report on project progress.
- Physical ability to perform site visits and inspections as required for field services projects.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve project issues.
- Knowledge of utility metering, submetering systems, or energy management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
