Job Description
The Junior Project Manager - Field Services is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of field service projects related to utility submetering installations and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of submeters in multifamily and commercial buildings
- Manage remote reading and billing processes for utility consumption data
- Ensure accurate and timely utility invoicing and collection
- Support project planning and execution for field services related to submetering installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency of field operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in field services or utility management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate projects and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform site visits and inspections as required, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work in various field environments, including outdoor and indoor settings, with adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
