Job Description
The Director of Internal Operations oversees billing and account integration teams at the Exton office, ensuring seamless onboarding of submetering properties and consistent recurring billing services, while collaborating closely with field service teams and leadership to support the company's mission of providing accurate utility data and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee internal operations of the EMS3 Exton office, focusing on billing and account integration teams
- Manage onboarding of new submetering properties and ensure consistent recurring billing services
- Foster collaboration with the Director of Field Services US to meet service levels and ensure seamless client experience
- Provide leadership and support during periods of growth and change within the office
- Manage relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners
- Ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable utility consumption data through submetering and billing solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in overseeing internal operations, specifically managing billing and account integration teams responsible for onboarding new submetering properties and delivering recurring billing services.
- Strong leadership skills to provide effective management and guidance during a period of significant growth and change within the office.
- Ability to foster close collaboration with the Director of Field Services US to ensure service levels are consistently met and clients receive a seamless experience.
- Experience managing relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Reporting experience, specifically reporting directly to the COO of EMS3 and maintaining a dotted line to the US President.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Experience in a role that involves managing recurring revenue operations, billing processes, and client onboarding in a technical or utility-related industry.
- Physical ability to oversee office operations and lead teams effectively (implied, as the role involves office management and leadership).
