Job Description
The Operations Associate at Markato will support the company's wholesale B2B marketplace operations, facilitating connections between retailers and brands across Asia, and contributing to the company's growth in the region. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English and is based on-site in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations of the B2B marketplace platform
- Coordinate with retailers and brands to facilitate transactions and partnerships
- Assist in onboarding new retailers and brands onto the platform
- Provide bilingual customer support and communication in Cantonese and English
- Monitor and ensure smooth online and offline infrastructure functionality
- Support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong
