The Operations Associate at Markato will support the company's wholesale B2B marketplace operations, facilitating connections between retailers and brands across Asia, and contributing to the company's growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate relationships between retailers and brands on the platform
- Assist in onboarding new retailers and brands to the marketplace
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace platform
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong
