Job Description
The Operations Associate will support the company's marketplace and distribution activities, helping to connect retailers in APAC with international brands, and contribute to the company's growth in the region. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English and is based on-site in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate relationships between retailers and brands in the APAC region.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new retail partners and brands onto the platform.
- Assist in coordinating online and offline retail infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong
