A Technical Program Manager in hardware at Loft Orbital is responsible for supporting planning and execution of projects, developing efficient processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality space infrastructure solutions on time, helping to redefine space operations.

- Experience supporting a team in planning and execution of projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Ability to develop lightweight and intuitive processes that can further drive team efficiencies.
- Experience working closely with a Program Management group to guide how teams work effectively and efficiently together.
