Job Description
The Technical Program Manager will support the planning, execution, and process development for satellite missions, working across software and systems teams to ensure on-time delivery and operational success, while helping to improve team efficiency and effectiveness in space operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of satellite mission tasks to ensure on-orbit success
- Develop and implement lightweight, intuitive processes to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet mission requirements
- Guide and coordinate how teams work effectively and efficiently together
- Contribute to shaping operational strategies and team growth in space operations
Requirements
- Experience supporting a team in planning and execution of projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time
- Ability to develop lightweight and intuitive processes that can drive team efficiencies
- Experience working across software- and systems-oriented teams responsible for designing how satellites fulfill mission requirements and ensuring on-orbit success
- Ability to work closely with a TPM group to guide how teams work effectively and efficiently together
