The Senior Satellite Program Manager will lead the execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award to on-orbit delivery, overseeing planning, cost, risk, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, launch, and suppliers in a hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award through on-orbit delivery
Establish and maintain a credible program baseline
Drive disciplined program execution across engineering, manufacturing, AIT, launch, and suppliers
Build and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Manage program cost and risk
Act as primary interface to customers and internal leadership for program execution
Requirements
Experience in leading the execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award through on-orbit delivery.
Ability to establish a credible program baseline and drive disciplined execution against it across engineering, manufacturing, AIT, launch, and suppliers.
Hands-on execution leadership experience, not just coordination or management roles.
Proficiency in building and owning Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Experience managing program cost and risk.
Ability to act as the primary execution interface to customers and internal leadership.
