Job Description
The Senior Satellite Program Manager oversees end-to-end Low Earth Orbit satellite missions, managing activities from contract signing to launch and early operations, while coordinating between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful mission delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end LEO satellite missions from contract signing through launch and early operations.
- Coordinate and serve as the primary communication link between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure space missions are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end-to-end LEO satellite missions, including contract signature, launch, and early operations, with a clear understanding of the satellite mission lifecycle.
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality space mission delivery.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex ideas and important messages clearly and effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve technical and project management challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in managing space missions or satellite programs, with a focus on schedule and budget adherence.
- Experience working in an international environment, collaborating across multiple offices and cultural contexts.
- Ability to work autonomously with a sense of ownership and responsibility for mission success.
