Job Description
A Senior Brand Designer at Loft is responsible for shaping the company's brand across various touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, motion, video, web, presentations, events, and print, working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to support brand growth and manage multiple projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop brand touchpoints across marketing campaigns, motion, video, web, presentations, events, and print.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and growth.
- Manage projects end-to-end, taking ownership of design tasks and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Experience in designing across multiple mediums including marketing campaigns, motion, video, web, presentations, events, and print.
- Ability to partner closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with teams across the company.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end and take ownership of work to help move projects forward.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to support a wide range of projects.
- Experience managing stakeholders and designing for brand growth.
- Proficiency in translating brand vision into visual assets and touchpoints.
- Experience working as a senior-level individual contributor (IC) in a creative or brand design role.
