Job Description
The Production Engineer is responsible for managing and executing satellite Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) activities in a startup environment, focusing on technical execution, process development, and building production systems to support long-term growth in satellite manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and structure the execution of satellite AIT production activities
- Combine hands-on technical capability with tactical planning and floor management
- Develop scalable production processes and build technician capabilities
- Ensure disciplined daily execution of production tasks
- Build and maintain production systems and infrastructure for long-term growth
Requirements
