Job Description
The People Business Partner supports leadership and teams at Loft Orbital by fostering strong relationships, developing managers, and ensuring a high-performance work environment to help the company scale effectively in the space infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leaders and teams in building strong, effective teams.
- Develop managers to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering and operations leaders to address real-time challenges.
- Build strong relationships with teams through onsite presence.
- Contribute to the development of satellite electronic payloads within the embedded systems team.
Requirements
- Support leaders and teams in the Golden office as a People Business Partner, working onsite 4 to 5 days per week to build strong relationships and help leaders solve real problems in real time.
- Work closely with engineering and operations leaders to build strong teams and develop managers.
- Possess the ability to support a high-trust, highly embedded role that requires being present with the teams supported.
- Demonstrate experience in supporting organizational development, leadership coaching, or HR business partnering (implied by supporting leaders and teams).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment supporting multiple offices and international teams.
- Attach a resume in English for review, indicating the ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional setting.
