The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations and employee experience of the San Francisco office, ensuring a smooth and welcoming workplace by managing space, vendors, onboarding, and facilities, while collaborating with various teams to build efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities in San Francisco.
- Coordinate with vendors, onboarding processes, and office programs.
- Partner with People, IT, Finance, and team leaders to ensure a high-performing workplace.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Develop and implement repeatable systems to improve office efficiency.
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day operations and employee experience of the San Francisco office, including managing office space, vendors, onboarding, office programs, and facilities.
- Partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and team leaders to create a welcoming, high-performing workplace.
- Be a hands-on individual who is hospitality-minded, operationally rigorous, and proactive in spotting issues before they become problems.
- Build and maintain repeatable systems related to office operations and employee experience.
