Job Description
The Lead Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining scalable quality systems across flight hardware, production, and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with standards like AS9100, supporting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality principles throughout the hardware lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of scalable quality systems across flight hardware, production, and supply chain operations.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with AS9100 standards.
- Support audits and nonconformance resolution processes.
- Define inspection and quality checkpoints throughout the production and supply chain lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, AIT, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality principles at each stage of the hardware lifecycle.
Requirements
- Support the development and refinement of scalable quality systems across flight hardware, production, and supply chain operations.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, AIT, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality principles at each stage of the hardware lifecycle.
- Possess strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate, convey complex ideas, and communicate important messages.
- Be a problem solver with the ability to support both tactical and long-term system development activities.
