Job Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of hardware and parts inventory, monitoring stock levels, overseeing shipments, and conducting regular physical counts to ensure proper storage and availability for satellite missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory of hardware and parts
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
- Ensure proper storage and security of inventory
Requirements
- Manage Loft's inventory and ensure accuracy in the inventory system.
- Keep track of stock levels and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure that hardware and parts are properly stored and secured.
