Job Description
The Anaplan Manager will support and optimize the company's financial forecasting and budgeting processes by designing, building, and maintaining scalable Anaplan models, with a focus on transitioning from cash-based to GAAP-based forecasting, and collaborating closely with finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize forecasting and budgeting processes using Anaplan models
- Partner with FP&A stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Design and implement system functionality to support GAAP-based forecasting
- Transition from cash-based to GAAP-based forecasting while maintaining current forecasting practices
Requirements
- Experience as an Anaplan Expert supporting and optimizing forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Ability to partner closely with FP A stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing system functionality that supports GAAP-based forecasting.
- Experience in transitioning from cash-based forecasting methodology to GAAP-based forecasting, with a clear understanding of both practices.
- Ability to ensure continuity and accuracy in current cash forecasting practices while implementing GAAP forecasting models.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively within an international team and convey complex ideas clearly.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to be a great communicator in a team-oriented environment.
