Lead and manage a product team focused on developing innovative Business Apps for the Front Office domain, including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce, to enhance process intelligence and customer experience using the Celonis platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and define the product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain within Business Apps.
Collaborate with customers to understand pain points in Procurement, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce.
Manage all stages of product development from ideation to scaling solutions across customers.
Develop new solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform for the Front Office.
Guide and influence feature development in collaboration with platform product managers and engineers.
Work with UX teams to define user experience for products.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Value Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment.
Requirements
8 years of experience in operational Front Office functions such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Solution Engineering, Enterprise CX Software, CX Analyst or comparable roles
Deep understanding of Front Office Solutions such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales and Service Automation Software, Marketing and Commerce Platforms, Communication Software Systems or Customer Experience Platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of CX market and industry trends
Strong expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies with a track record in developing and launching successful products
Demonstrated experience in product marketing, messaging, and positioning
Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
Outstanding stakeholder management skills across organizational functions
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Fluency in English
