Job Description

A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and engagement strategies, supporting the growth of the company's Process Intelligence Platform in the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
  • Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.

Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed
  • Native or equivalent level in German and fluent in English
