Job Description
The Account Management Intern supports client engagement, platform adoption, and market growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector, gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management, sales support, and market research in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound requests from free-tier users and provide platform guidance
- Conduct onboarding sessions and demos to increase client adoption
- Support campaigns to convert free accounts into paid subscriptions
- Maintain and improve account data accuracy within Salesforce
- Qualify leads based on activity levels and usage patterns
- Research emerging market opportunities and prospective clients
- Assist with report preparation, client materials, and performance tracking
- Refine, automate, and document workflows to improve processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or eligible through their university to complete, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program that allows participation in an academic internship Convenio de Prácticas Académicas.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English working language.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
