Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new hires to help the company grow, working closely with senior leadership in a remote or hybrid setting at a people-first PR firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts for specific talent demographics from concept to completion
- Make hiring decisions
- Contribute to onboarding new hires
- Support new hires throughout their first year
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition and retention, including driving recruitment efforts for specific talent demographics from concept to completion and making hiring decisions
- Ability to contribute to onboarding new hires and support their needs throughout their first year
- Strong collaboration skills to work directly with LaunchSquad's senior team on talent acquisition and retention initiatives
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment, with the ability to operate effectively in such settings
