Job Description
The Public Relations Manager at LaunchSquad is responsible for leading multiple client accounts in various technology sectors, developing strategic PR programs, guiding team efforts, and delivering high-quality results while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts across various technology verticals.
- Plan, prioritize, and direct the activities of account teams to achieve program goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients and make work decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Take responsibility for challenging or innovative program objectives.
- Coach and mentor team members, establishing work standards and expectations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and program results to clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members on agency activities such as talent development and new business pitches.
Requirements
- A public relations manager with direct PR experience capable of leading four accounts across a variety of b2b or b2c technology sectors.
- Experience planning, prioritizing, and leading across four or more teams in emerging and expanding verticals including transportation logistics, enterprise software, AI, and finance.
- Ability to guide the day-to-day direction of account teams, provide recommendations to clients, and make strategic work decisions.
- Experience actively contributing to work, often taking responsibility for the most challenging or innovative program goals.
- Skills as a teacher and coach, establishing consistent guidelines for work standards and expectations at both individual and team levels.
- A keen eye for quality work and the ability to lead by example to deliver program results to clients.
- Experience working directly with senior team members on agency activities such as teaching, coaching talent, and pitching new work on new or existing accounts.
