The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing products essential to facility development and operations, supporting the engineering team with supplier research, vendor outreach, contract management, and record keeping in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and managing products for facility development and operation
- Support the Engineering team with supplier research and vendor outreach
- Track contracts and process purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records related to procurement activities
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and management of products related to facility development and operation
- Ability to support the Engineering team with supplier research, vendor outreach, contract tracking, purchase order processing, and record keeping
- Detail-oriented and organized work approach
- Eager to contribute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
