Job Description
The Contracts Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to support the company's operations, supply chain, and partnerships, collaborating with various internal teams to balance speed and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support operations, supply chain, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate company initiatives while managing risk
Requirements
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Ability to support operations, supply chain, and strategic partnerships through legal agreements.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business, finance, engineering, procurement, and project delivery.
- In-house legal experience as a Contracts Counsel or similar role.
