Job Description

The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements to support the company's operations and growth, working closely with various internal teams to ensure contracts align with business goals and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The candidate must have a sharp eye for detail and a business mindset.
The candidate must be able to work as part of an in-house legal team.
