Job Description
The Transformation Director leads initiatives to leverage technology for energy system innovation, focusing on sustainable energy solutions, grid intelligence, and customer experience enhancement within a fast-growing energy tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technology transformation initiatives within the energy management platform.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative energy solutions using AI and advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy systems and improve customer experiences.
- Manage strategic planning and execution of projects to support the company's sustainability and growth goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role related to transformation, technology, or energy management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects within the energy or utility sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with executive leadership, clients, and partners.
- Deep understanding of energy systems, including renewable energy, grid management, and utility operations.
- Experience working with or implementing Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing systems, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communication platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Experience managing or overseeing technology licensing deals and large client accounts in the energy industry.
- A track record of successful digital transformation and operational re-imagining within utility or energy companies.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Physical and mental capacity to handle high-level strategic responsibilities and long-term planning.
