Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role related to transformation, technology, or energy management.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects within the energy or utility sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with executive leadership, clients, and partners.
Deep understanding of energy systems, including renewable energy, grid management, and utility operations.
Experience working with or implementing Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing systems, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communication platforms.
Ability to analyze complex technical and business data to inform decision-making and strategy.
Experience managing or overseeing technology licensing deals and large client accounts in the energy industry.
A track record of successful digital transformation and operational re-imagining within utility or energy companies.
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
Physical and mental capacity to handle high-level strategic responsibilities and long-term planning.
