Job Description
The Transformation Director leads initiatives to leverage technology in transforming energy management systems, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and improving utility operations through advanced digital solutions and strategic change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the transformation initiatives related to energy management technology platforms.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize renewable energy generation and create a smarter energy grid.
- Manage the integration of advanced customer information systems, billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of energy platform transformations.
- Align technology strategies with the company's goal of building a sustainable energy future.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy technology, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
- The candidate must demonstrate proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within the energy or utility sector.
- The candidate must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The candidate must have a deep understanding of energy management systems, customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- The candidate must have a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions that result in operational transformation.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills to articulate vision, strategy, and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of renewable energy, grid optimization, and sustainable energy systems.
- The candidate must have a university degree or higher in engineering, computer science, energy management, or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
