Job Description
The Technical Program Lead is responsible for orchestrating major client technology migrations and supporting operational transformations within the energy sector, focusing on implementing the Kraken platform to promote sustainable energy solutions and industry innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program in energy operational transformation
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationships with clients
- Support client adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation
Requirements
- Experience leading the technical orchestration of a major client program, partnering with an international energy retailer in their operational transformation.
- Ability to oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage the ongoing technical relationship to support the client’s adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
- Comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Well-rounded individual who is comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, and willing to roll up their sleeves to get into the details of a problem.
- Commitment to delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency, while guiding senior stakeholders through a journey of change.
- Willingness to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support the client beyond the immediate remit if needed.
