Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Kraken Distribution

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in Kraken Distribution, you will work closely with the Strategy & Operations Lead and General Manager, Kraken Distribution to shape and execute our strategy, go-to-market approach, and operationalisation for a rapidly growing product vertical. You’ll own analytical workstreams end-to-end, turning ambiguous questions into structured analysis, models, and crisp materials that accelerate senior leadership decisions and customer-facing momentum. You’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across product, delivery, market development, marketing, and sales.

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market roles, management consulting, or a similar analytical and execution-focused role, with a strong preference for experience within energy or technology (SaaS) sectors. • Demonstrated success delivering complex and rigorous analysis that drives meaningful business impact - such as market entry assessments, commercial/value case development, or go-to-market initiatives.
