Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site roof and attic inspections for assessments to determine customer needs
Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
Run leads provided daily
Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
Follow up with past customers
Keep in contact with current customers
Work alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have sold
Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative while represent G &W Roofing (part of the Bone Dry Roofing family) while providing our customers with respect, honesty and the highest level of customer service
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
Daily travel in the home market
Military service is a plus
Industry experience is not required - we will train !
