Job Description

The Senior Client Partner for Major Accounts is responsible for leading strategic relationships with large utility and energy clients, ensuring value realization, managing escalations, and driving growth through commercial management in a technology-driven, sustainable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level.
  • Engage proactively with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust.
  • Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models by connecting technology and cultural transformation to their needs.
  • Manage critical client escalations by collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
  • Manage commercial relationships, drive new business development, and identify early-stage growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust.
  • Experience managing client escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
  • Ability to connect the dots between technology, cultural transformation approaches, and clients' evolving needs to ensure clients get full value from products and operating models.
  • Experience managing commercial relationships and delivering to new business development and revenue targets.
  • Ability to identify and shape early-stage growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic relationships with utility and energy clients, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a senior strategic partner and engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at the intersection of technology, transformation, and sustainability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Technical Account Managers and Support teams.
  • Willingness to work in a role that involves both strategic planning and hands-on engagement with clients.
  • Educational background or professional experience relevant to energy, technology, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
