Job Description
The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for managing client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful deployment of energy technology solutions, and collaborating with customer operations teams to deliver efficient and sustainable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and their customer operations teams to implement Kraken software solutions
- Guide and support clients through the deployment and integration of energy management systems
- Ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Kraken platform to meet client objectives
Requirements
- Experience in client implementation, project management, or a related role with a focus on energy or utility sectors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and their customer operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of energy systems, renewable generation, or smart grid technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to serve as a role model for the company's operating model, guiding decision-making based on simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
