• You’ll be a valued leader in our delivery teams.
• You’ll need to be able to produce well articulated written documentation for our clients and our wider Kraken team.
• You’ll be facilitating and driving (sometimes ambiguous) conversations with clients in order to truly get to the root cause of their problems, and the options we have to solve it.
• You’ll need to be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating Kraken functionality to clients.
• You’ll need to get into the finer details at times, learning how to use tools like SQL and Kraken APIs to find the answers.
