Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be a valued leader in our delivery teams.
- You’ll need to be able to produce well articulated written documentation for our clients and our wider Kraken team.
- You’ll be facilitating and driving (sometimes ambiguous) conversations with clients in order to truly get to the root cause of their problems, and the options we have to solve it.
- You’ll need to be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating Kraken functionality to clients.
- You’ll need to get into the finer details at times, learning how to use tools like SQL and Kraken APIs to find the answers.

- You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain and document complex ideas making them easily understandable.
- You’re self-aware to know your limits and know when to ask for help, while at the same time be happy to help out others when they need it.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment comes naturally to you.
- You possess the self-confidence to push for the best customer outcome, balanced with empathy to understand diverse client needs.
- You’ll be confident in having respectful, constructive conversations, even when they’re challenging.
- Be based in Melbourne, and be able to come into the office 3 days min per week
