Job Description
The Delivery Operations Analyst will manage and oversee key business processes, policies, and metrics within the global Delivery organization, utilizing the Kantata PSA platform and best practices to support the company's growth and operational efficiency in energy management technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee key business processes, policies, and metrics using the Kantata PSA platform
- Support the global Delivery organization with solutions, tools, and best practices
- Ensure effective delivery operations through process management and optimization
Requirements
- Experience in management and oversight of key business processes, policies, and metrics leveraging the Kantata PSA platform, solutions, tools, methodologies, and best practices in support of key initiatives within a global Delivery organization.
- Ability to support and optimize a delivery organization through the use of technology and platform solutions.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting delivery operations within a technology-driven energy management platform.
- Strong understanding of customer management solutions, including Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Experience supporting or working within a fast-growing, international technology company with a focus on energy or utility sectors.
- Ability to support the management of processes and metrics related to delivery operations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a role that involves supporting the growth and optimization of a global delivery organization.
