Job Description
A hands-on Product Manager responsible for delivering and redefining customer journey products within Kraken's energy management platform, focusing on enabling clients to easily change tariffs and handle compliance, while collaborating with a global team to create innovative solutions for a sustainable energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an industry-leading experience for clients by creating products that enable easy tariff changes for supply points.
- Address complex challenges related to compliance and exception handling in the retail energy sector.
- Participate in redefining and challenging existing customer journey processes within Kraken's platform.
Requirements
- A hands-on Product Manager with experience in delivering products that enable customers to easily change tariffs for their supply points.
- Experience creating products that support compliance and exception handling across the world in the retail energy sector.
- Ability to tackle complex challenges and participate in redefining customer journeys for Kraken Customer alongside other journey teams.
- Experience working with a team of developers, including at least 5 developers, a tech lead, and an interim Product Manager, ideally spread across European and Japanese timezones.
- Strong understanding of customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications in the energy management industry.
- Proven ability to deliver industry-leading customer experiences in energy management or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing product development from conception to delivery, including defining requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge expectations and contribute to long-term product journey redefinition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency improvements within the energy industry.
