Job Description
The role involves leading the delivery and implementation of a major utility transformation project in North America, serving as the primary face of the company to clients, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving innovative energy management solutions to support a sustainable energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face and delivery leader for North American utility transformation projects
- Lead and coordinate internal teams including Client Delivery Leaders and Client Engineering teams
- Brief and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including utility CEOs
- Manage multiple work streams, dependencies, and complex project details
- Coach, guide, and support delivery leaders throughout the transformation process
Requirements
- Experience serving as the delivery leader for a major utility transformation project in North America, with the ability to serve as the face of the project and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders such as the CEO of a billion-dollar utility.
- Ability to maintain a detailed understanding of the dependencies across multiple work streams involved in complex utility transformations.
- Proven experience coaching, guiding, and supporting a team of delivery leaders throughout a large-scale transformation process.
- Comfortable briefing and interacting with executive-level clients, including CEOs of large energy utilities.
- Experience leading the implementation of a customer management and energy platform for a utility, ideally involving end-to-end project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple work streams and dependencies in a complex project environment.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications relevant to energy utilities.
- Ability to work within a team of experienced Client Delivery Leaders and Client Engineering teams, providing leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Availability to work in a location where the candidate has the legal right to work, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
