Job Description
The role involves leading strategic relationships with major utility and energy clients, acting as a senior partner to C-level stakeholders, ensuring value realization from products, managing escalations, and driving growth through commercial management in a technology-driven, sustainable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level
- Engage in day-to-day interactions to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust
- Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models
- Manage critical client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
- Drive growth through managing commercial relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
- Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust with clients.
- Experience ensuring clients get full value from products and operating models, and connecting technology, cultural transformation, and client needs.
- Experience managing clients through escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
- Ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver to new business development and revenue targets.
- Experience identifying and shaping early-stage growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
