Job Description
The role involves leading strategic relationships with major utility and energy clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's technology solutions, managing escalations, and driving growth through commercial management in the sustainable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level
- Engage in day-to-day interactions to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust
- Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models
- Manage critical client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
- Manage commercial relationships and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
- Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust.
- Experience in ensuring clients get full value from products and operating models, and connecting technology, cultural transformation, and client needs.
- Experience managing client escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
- Ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver on new business development and revenue targets.
- Experience in identifying and shaping early-stage growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic relationships with utility and energy clients in the energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a senior strategic partner and engage effectively at all client levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at the intersection of technology, transformation, and sustainability.
