Job Description

A hands-on Data Analytics Client Delivery Lead responsible for helping clients develop and transform their data and analytics capabilities, supporting reporting, insightful analytics, and building high-performing data organizations to enable strategic and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to develop modern data and analytics capabilities
  • Train clients on Kraken data and support them in building reporting and analytics
  • Write queries and demonstrate analytics to support client needs
  • Advise senior client data leadership on building high-performing, business-centric data organizations
  • Support clients in transitioning their reporting and analytics to Kraken platform
  • Ensure clients build transformative data capabilities to maximize value from Kraken data

Requirements

  • Extensive experience doing analytics on a strong, modern data team such as data analytics, business intelligence, or related field, including roles like analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant, or similar.
  • Ability to work directly with clients to develop modern, transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation.
  • Experience training clients on Kraken data and supporting them in building critical reporting and insightful analytics, including hands-on query writing or demo analytics.
  • Proven experience leading strong analytics teams and advising senior client data leadership on how to build a high-performing, business-centric data organization.
  • Ability to support both directly and indirectly by jumping in to write queries or solve data challenges, and advising or up-skilling clients and colleagues.
  • Experience ensuring smooth reporting and analytics transition to Kraken for clients, and helping clients build transformative data capabilities to maximize value from Kraken data.
  • Strong knowledge of building and leveraging data as a strategic asset to unlock ambitious business and clean energy goals.
  • Physical and mental capacity to support hands-on tasks such as query writing and solving data challenges, as well as strategic advising.
  • Ability to support clients and colleagues in a flat and agile organizational environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
