Job Description
The Senior Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory procedures across multiple functions to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand within a multi-state cannabis company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper inventory management procedures are maintained.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure inventory availability aligns with customer demand.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely availability of products.
Requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally to help ensure proper inventory management procedures are being maintained and that inventory is available at the right time and place to meet customer demand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the cannabis industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to report to the Inventory Supervisor and work under their direction.
- Understanding of the operations of a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company, including retail locations, cultivation, processing, and manufacturing facilities (implied requirement for familiarity with industry operations).
