Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst specializing in ERP systems, responsible for supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on manufacturing and finance operations, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of the ERP system Business Central and related applications.
- Configure and optimize ERP processes related to Manufacturing and Finance operations.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities related to ERP system support and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically focused on Manufacturing and Finance operations
- Strong understanding of supply chain, operations and finance in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with tier ERP software implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance
- Ability to analyse complex processes and data to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate interactions between technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
